Clemson University's Office of Military and Veteran Engagement had been moved from a lvl 4 office to a lvl 3 office, meaning that they had stricter policies on their design and a set lvl 3 office logo. They wanted an identity as an office that also was lvl 3 compliant and had some of their old look and feel of their lvl 4 logo.
For their designs, I incorporated a subtle background of a pattern of camo called "Tiger Stripe Camo," which fits perfectly with their identity. I also used the six stars representing the six branches of the military as a repeated asset throughout the designs. I gave them a recommended color palette that was within the Clemson brand that worked to identify them separately.
They also requested posters that represented the six branches of the military, so I pitched a retro art style with imagery and colors to distinguish the branches and would look cohesive all placed together.
